Sarah Appel of Colfax won the teen prize bucket which included a pizza gift card and a T shirt.
Whitman County teens found time to read more than 222 books this summer. Teens participating in the Whitman County Library “Spark a Reaction” summer reading program were asked to read three books and write a short review.
The 74 teen readers who completed those were then entered into a county-wide drawing for prizes. Friends of Whitman County Library and WSECU donated prizes....
