    Oakesdale Rick Chappell was the winner of the cordless drill that was recently raffled off by the Oakesdale Museum. June Sharp was the winner of the quilt that was raffled off by the sewing group to help purchase new sewing machines for the school.     Oakesdale Oakesdale Fire Department’s annual Pancake Feed will be Monday, Jan. 11 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Oakesdale Fire Station. The Oakesdale All-School reunion committee will have a planning meeting on Sunday, Jan. 17, at 7 p.m. at the Oakesdale museum. Everyone is encouraged to attend. To have a name posted as a Nighthawk Booster in the 2009-2010 Basketball District program get ahold of Brenda McFarling at the school.     Oakesdale The annual Casey Lawson Memorial Alumni Game is a great time for all the Nighthawk Alums to get together again and remember Lawson. The games will take place in Oakesdale Saturday, Dec. 26, at 5 p.m. for the women’s game and 6:30 p.m. for the men. Format will be older grads vs. recent grads. Admission is free, but donations will be accepted. All proceeds will go to the Nighthawk Alumni Athletic Scholarship.   • All school reunion date set July 3

    Oakesdale Oakesdale High School’s all school reunion committee has started meeting and have set the reunion date for Saturday, July 3. They are looking for volunteers to help organize the reunion and they will meet next Sunday, Dec. 13, at 7 p.m. at the Oakesdale museum. For more information, contact Barb Seutter. Tree of Sharing trees are still up at Crossett’s, Ditzys and Root 66 for anyone wanting to get a tag. Wrapped gifts are due back to businesses on Monday, Dec. 14. The store has been purchased by Pete and Margaret Leonard of Rosalia and will be called The Country Attic. It will be open Wednesdays through Saturdays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. They will dealing in antiques, vintage and thrift.
