    Endicott Endicott Community Club (ECC) met April 5. As a guest, Linda Greenhalgh from the Endicott PTO reported on the events coming up and encouraged parents and the community to join the group, which meets the first Thursday each month. Dues are $10 per year. It was reported that the cemetery has decided to change the flag poles used at the cemetery to metal.   • Soup night brings in 90

    Endicott Wednesday Soup and Bread was served by the Community Bible Church with a lot of soup, bread and desserts. Attending were 90 adults and children. The Sunday School children met before the dinner and then attended the meal. PTO sponsored a family night dance at the Endicott School March 19.     Endicott Endicott Bible Church and Trinity Lutheran Church will sponsor the Easter Egg hunt again this year on March 26. The location has changed to the Endicott School grounds. Hunters ages 1 through grade 5 should assemble in the playground at 10 a.m. Cookies and punch will be served after the hunt.     Endicott The Endicott community club met at Trinity Lutheran Parish Hall on March 1. Principal Bruce Porubek of Endicott Elementary and Jr. High School was present with preschool teacher Tara Huntley to request a helping hand with the cost of new lunch tables for the preschool children. The present tables are not suitable for the little children. The project was discussed by the members of ECC, and it was decided to donate $1,000 to cover the costs of the tables.     Endicott Endicott Community Club finished the last touches on the Christmas lights Friday with the help of the Endicott/St. John Middle School children. On Saturday, Dec. 5, the lights were turned on. By 5 p.m. ,the Japanese lanterns were launched into the skies over Endicott. The fireworks followed.     Endicott The wind storm caused a lot of downed trees, and the electricity was cut off at approximately 7 p.m. on Nov. 17. Power was back on by 1 p.m. Nov. 18. A couple of trees were blown over on the Clint and Nadine Rice property next to the sewer plant. The lines went over the main transmission lines that run from Endicott to LaCrosse.     Endicott Approximately 25 veterans attended the school Veteran's Day program in the gym. Chais Anderson, student body president, welcomed everyone and announced the presentation of the flag.     Endicott Several Community Club members decorated the trees on 3rd St. with Christmas lights over this past weekend to beat the bad weather. The rest of the Christmas decorations will be done the week before Endicott's Christmas celebration Dec. 5.
