ALBION — The town of Albion has received a grant to have road resurfacing done in mid-July. The method that will be used is called Otta Seal. According to the Transportation Improvement Board, Otta Seal is a process where a thick application of a specialty oil is laid down and then a medium of rock is poured over it. A road roller presses the gravel down and after a few weeks the excess gravel is swept away.
