    ENDICOTT - An overloaded power outlet started a fire in an Endicott home on Monday, causing extensive damage. Whitman County Fire District 6 responded to a neighbor's 9-1-1 call at 1:12 p.m. to report seeing smoke coming from the two-story house at 200 Church Street, said Secretary Steve Lawrence.   • Universities give $1 million toward Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport

    PULLMAN - The Washington State University (WSU) and the University of Idaho (UoI) are donating $1 million for a new terminal at the Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport. The two universities pledged the money following donations from the cities of Moscow and Pullman. WSU is contributing $600,000. UoI is pledging $400,000.
