TEKOA — After losing a loser-out district tournament match, the Tekoa-Rosalia Timberwolf boys basketball team season has come to an end. COLFAX — Schools from the local area took part in the 1B-4A GSL WIAA district wrestling meet, which took place on Saturday, Feb. 3, in Spokane. 20 1B/2B teams took part, split into two groups, eight schools in the north league, and 12 in the south. DUSTY — The 76th Annual Sausage Shoot is set to take place this Sunday, Feb. 11, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. The shoot will take place at Dusty Gun Club, located just east of Dusty. TEKOA — With the regular season coming to a close on the 2023-24 regular season, the Tekoa-Rosalia Timberwolves defeated the Dayton Bulldogs, earning themselves a spot in the district playoffs with the victory.
