PALOUSE — Kennedy Cook of Garfield-Palouse has been named one of the WIAA Athlete’s Of The Week for week 36. Kennedy Cook earned the recognition after her performance at the track and field districts meet, which took place in Colfax, Washington last week. PULMAN — The Pullman Greyhounds girls have won state for tennis in the WIAA 2A state tournament. TUMWATER — After the conclusion of the WIAA 1B and 2B state golf tournament in Tumwater, Washington, Northwest Christian had a golfer finish first overall on the boys side, and the girls side saw a Tekoa-Rosalia golfer finish seventh.
