In recent months a lot of media attention has been given to cell phone and computer use while driving. In fact, both state and federal governments have passed laws prohibiting some uses of both. Have you ever wondered why they pass such ridiculous laws? The reason is because a certain number of fools are foolish enough to behave in such a manner as to endanger everyone else!
