DUSTY - State Highway 26 was briefly closed Thursday, Aug. 17, after a grain truck caught fire near Milepost 17. The vehicle fire was reported at about 4:45 p.m., the state Department of Transportation reported. The burning truck ignited a dry field along the westbound side of the highway. PULLMAN - One person was killed and three injured Tuesday afternoon in a two-vehicle, head-on crash five miles south of the city on U.S. Highway 195. Edward F.
