    PULLMAN – The region has been hit with some very cold temperatures over the past week, and record lows came into play during the weekend of Jan. 13 and 14. Folks in Pullman were hit with record low temperatures, as readings showed a low temp of -19 degrees on Jan. 13, which broke the old record of -10 degrees set in 1909.     CHENEY – The current water supply outlook for Washington is an early assessment, but it shows little snowpack through December.     SPOKANE VALLEY – Spokane police are investigating allegations that a Colfax man was roughed up by a Spokane County Sheriff’s Office sergeant. Kevin Hinton, 62, of Colfax, sustained broken and dislocated ribs, and other injuries from an Aug. 14 encounter with Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Clay Hilton.     WINONA - Multiple fires exploded Friday afternoon across both Spokane and Whitman Counties, leaving at least one person dead and burning thousands of acres. Evacuation notices were issued for Medical Lake, Cheney, Four Lakes, Elk, Winona and other places.
