Last season, the Bulldogs went 20-4 on their way to become district champions, second in the Northeast 2B league and placed third at the state tournament.     SPOKANE — The state Department of Fish and Wildlife has filed multiple emergency rules to help prevent the spread of chronic wasting disease in deer across the state.
