FARMINGTON — A local man is being held on $5,000 bail or a $50,000 surety bond after being arrested last Friday. Michael Keller, 48, of Farmington, is facing probable charges of second-degree assault and 14 counts of unlawful possession of a firearm. COLFAX — A Spokane Valley man pleaded guilty and was sentenced for charges stemming from the burglary and vandalism of St. Ignatius Hospital. Louis Hibbs, 20, of Spokane Valley, entered his guilty plea in Whitman County Superior Court during a hearing Friday, May 6.
