    COLFAX – Whitman County Public Works sent a crew through downtown in the morning of Wednesday, May 18 to assist in cleaning street corners.     COLFAX — A Spokane Valley man pleaded guilty and was sentenced for charges stemming from the burglary and vandalism of St. Ignatius Hospital.
