    COLFAX — In a press release from Saturday, May 4, Whitman County Coroner’s Office confirmed the manner of death of 25-year-old Jamie Wilson-Spray as homicide. The coroner’s office confirmed the cause of Wilson-Spray’s death was asphyxia due to the compression of the neck. Wilson-Spray was found in a trailer March 26, at Sevdy’s, a trailer park at 605 N.W.     Due to a variety of respiratory illnesses in the school, Tekoa High School will convert to virtual learning Thursday, Dec. 8 and Friday, Dec. 9.
