    WHITMAN COUNTY – On Wednesday, the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife invoked a closure for the fishery of white sturgeon, effective until one hour after sunset on Sept. 30.     PALOUSE— The water main that serves the Northeast section of the north hill, Breeding’s Addition, and Fisher’s Addition in Palouse will be shut off starting Tues.
