COLFAX — Whitman County Public Hospital District No. 3 commissioners approved an undesignated capital request for the urology department. PULLMAN — A man was stabbed during an altercation on North Grand Avenue early morning Saturday, Dec. 21. Pullman Police Department Commander Aaron Breshears confirmed police responded to the call at approximately 2 a.m. in an area north of the Mobil gas station on Grand Avenue.
