    Tekoa-Rosalia Timberwolves broke into the win column Friday with wins in the boys and girls games over Reardan on the home court. The TR boys pegged a 21-14 lead at halftime, faded in the third quarter and then rallied in the last frame for a 39-34 win over the Indians. Cooper Angelo hit a game high 29 to lead the hosts.     Colfax wrestlers took three titles and scored 182 points Saturday to top 16 other teams in the Charger Invitational tournament at Ritzville. Number two finisher was Rainer with 126, and third place finisher was Liberty with 103. Travis Knauff of Garfield-Palouse, one of the trio of wrestlers who have collided in the 145 class, moved down to the 138-pound class and won the title with a 3-0 run.     AT&T customers in Colfax may have seen a boost in their mobile internet services, without an impact on their pockets.     Colton Mayor Jerry Weber has requested help in locating the baby Jesus which was taken from the nativity scene in Colton’s Memorial Park. The theft was first noticed around Dec. 19, Weber said. “At this point, we would just appreciate any and all information to help us find our missing baby Jesus,” he said.     Whitman Hospital in Colfax has achieved a five star rating for patient experience by Medicare, according to Hank Hanigan, hospital CEO. Patient survey results show that Whitman Hospital rated above the Washington and national average in all 11 categories set forth by Medicare. The survey of patients’ experiences, known as the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems, has been used since 2006 to measure patients' perspective of hospital care.     A stack of new steel utility poles next to Tekoa's Iron Horse Arena is now clear after a fall Avista project to replace 16 miles of old wooden poles from a substation in Idaho to a stopping point near Farmington. The work was phase one of a 44-mile replacement to switch out Tamarack and Larch wood poles that have rotted after decades in the elements.     Whitman Hospital and Medical Center received a new MRI machine Tuesday, which had to be hoisted into the building using a crane. The 12,000-pound unit should be ready for use by the end of February, said Laurie Gronning, public relations for the hospital. Gronning said it is unique for a hospital to have an MRI machine on any floor other than the ground level, as they are not easy to get inside buildings in the first place.
