The Bulldogs Tuesday finished the run with a 62-41 home win over Reardan after posting a big lead in the first half. The home win Tuesday followed 47-23 crunch to the Wilbur-Creston Wildcats on the home court Saturday and a tougher 47-39 win at Springdale Friday.     The 22nd Annual Washington Cattleman’s Association sponsored WCA Bull Test has issued a progress report for the first 60-day test period of their 120-day feed test. The test site is located 15 miles north of the Tri-Cities at the Bonina Feed and Sale Facility at Eltopia and is under the sponsorship of the Washington Cattleman Association.     U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, and its dredging contractor American Construction Company, began lower Snake River dredging Monday at the downstream lock approach of Ice Harbor Dam, plus at the confluence of the Snake-Clearwater rivers in the Lewiston-Clarkston area. Dredging vessels and equipment will also be moving between the dredging locations and the dredged material placement site, River Mile 116, during this time.     This was the scene at the Colfax cemetery on Monday morning as fog enveloped not only Colfax but much of the Palouse.
