    Joan Lee Oliver Joan Lee Oliver, 85, a member of the Colfax High School class of 1944 who was a teacher in the Phoenix area for many years, died Dec. 29, 2011, at a home hospice in Phoenix. A memorial service was Jan. 4, at 1:30 p.m. The family suggests donations go to Hospice of the Valley. She was the daughter of George and Margaret Lee of Colfax. Mr. Lee was a partner in the former Perry & Lee Clothiers store in Colfax.     Colfax FCCLA members, from the left, Ali Shirley, Nicole Wiley and Kelly Ward, delivered the 65 amenity bags they decorated for Whitman County Development Services to be distributed to the developmentally disabled adults in the county. The bags were put together by members and distributed before Christmas. FCCLA has been making the personal hygiene bags since 2001.     Tax forms from the IRS are now available from the Colfax branch of Whitman County Library. Copies of IRS forms 1040, 1040 A, and 1040 EZ have arrived. Instruction booklets and a variety of other forms are expected to arrive from now through February.     A new prescription assistance program has set up an office at Whitman Hospital. The Whitman Prescription Assistance Program is offered free by the Prescription Drug Assistance Foundation which began in 2005.
