    Dusty Art and Colene Sager flew to Moses Lake for a pilot safety seminar on Saturday. This is an annual event sponsored by Washington Flying Farmers, Big Bend College and the FAA. This seminar provides the pilot with the FAA requirements for the written biennial review. To complete the biennial review, the instructor must fly with the pilot and sign the logbook.
