William Siceloff A celebration of life for William W. Siceloff, 93, will be Saturday, March 23, 11 a.m. at the Paradise Hills Church of God, 510 Northwood Drive, Moscow. Mr. Siceloff died March 9, 2013. Born April 9, 1919, to David G. and Elizabeth (Webster) Siceloff at Seattle, he attended schools in Seattle and later moved to Pullman. Shirley St. John A memorial service for Shirley J. St. John, 77, former Rosalia area resident, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 23, at the Rosalia Methodist Church with a luncheon to follow in the church hall. She died Feb. 24, 2013. Born in Rosalia June 3, 1935, the youngest child of Dick and Louise Squires, she was raised in Rosalia and graduated from Rosalia High School in 1953.
