    Celia Boland of Moscow will bring her art quilts to the April 5 Meet the Artist session at Whitman County Library in Colfax at 7 p.m. Celia does a variety of textile arts, from landscape and crazy quilts to her own take on traditional quilt patterns. Celia is currently one of a three-generation show at Cosgrove’s Insurance Agency in Moscow. Her mother, Peggy Robbinson, a painter, and daughter Adrienne, a photographer, are also featured.     The seventh annual penny drive to fund programs at the library in Oakesdale will be from March 26 to April 14. Oakesdale students from kindergarten through fifth grade will participate with a goal of $50 or more. If the goal is reached Librarian Michele Wright will provide cupcakes and punch for all.     The exhibit for the month of April at Artisans at the Dahmen Barn is “Northwest Back Country, Fin and Feathers” featuring artists David Gressard of Moscow and John Bergen Jr. from Peirce.
