    Local man arrested for allegedly strangling his estranged wife had his second appearance in court today, Friday, April 5. During the arraignment hearing today, April 5, Jacob Erik Spray, 36, of Pullman, was read his rights by Judge Douglas Robinson, and confirmed that the charges he faced could mean life in prison.
