    MOSCOW — Latah County returned to pre-COVID access for all county buildings on May 20. The Latah County commissioners ended the Order and Supplemental Order Restricting Public Access to the County Facilities that was in place since March 8, 2020, according to county documents. Store security shared surveillance video with Pullman police officer Shane Emerson.     COLFAX — Whitman County’s median home price is up more than 12% over last year, according to the University of Washington’s Center for Real Estate Research. The median home price is now more than $320,000. The report notes 121 new home building permits issued in Whitman County in the first quarter of 2021.
