    Library users may experience technical difficulties with Whitman County Library's online catalog service due to unexpected equipment failure. The library is set to close on Monday, June 27, in order to replace a failing server and perform system upgrades.     Those still working on fine tuning their recipes for the 22nd annual Legendary Lentil Cook-off have been given a little extra time. Lentil Festival cook-off organizers announced last week that the entry deadline has now been extended one week until 5 p.m. June 20.     Journey Forward Designs, a summer camp for children aged 7-11 designed to encourage creativity and imagination, along with an awareness and respect for nature, will begin soon in Colfax.     The Washington State Democratic Party will hold its state convention this weekend at the Greater Tacoma Convention and Trade Center. The two-day convention June 18-19 will bring together 1,400 delegates from the state's 39 counties to pass a party platform and choose Presidential Electors. On Sunday, 34 national delegates and eight alternates will be named for the Democratic National Convention.
