COLFAX — Jennings Elementary School is temporarily housing $10,000 worth of frozen meat in their freezer for Council on Aging after their big freezer broke down on Tuesday, July 23. Catherynne Starks, 38, of Albion pled guilty in Whitman County Superior Court on Friday, July 26, to four counts of providing minors with cannabis.
