    ROSALIA - ­The final rodeo weekend of the season for the Rolling Hills Rodeo Association (RHRA) is one week away and changes have been made to the original rodeo dates. In an effort to battle the heat, limit stress on the stock and give the least amount of exposure to the elements for the contestants and their horses, there will be three days of rodeos in August instead of the usual two.     ROSALIA — The Whitman County Sheriff’s Office found and returned a 13-year-old runaway home on Aug. 2. The Sheriff’s Office was seeking information on 13-year-old, Rylee Morkve, last week.     PULLMAN — A 30-year-old Pullman man was injured in a three-car accident near Richland, Wash., on Sunday, Aug. 4. Ramesh Sah, 30, of Pullman was driving a green 2015 Toyota Corolla when a car struck his vehicle and a grey 2023 Toyota RAV4.
