    ROSALIA — Tekoa-Rosalia is set to host their own volleyball tournament called “Spikefest” Saturday, Sept. 16 in Rosalia for the local volleyball teams to compete in a one-day tournament.     EASTON – A Hooper man is among four drivers who struck two pedestrians on Interstate 90 on Sunday night, Sept. 10. Both pedestrians died at the scene, the Washington State Patrol reported, their names are being withheld pending notification of kin. Caleb M.     PULLMAN — The City of Pullman has been forced by the Washington Department of Ecology to haul biosolids from a sewer plant, declared an emergency. The emergency was declared Monday, Sept. 11, by current Pullman Mayor Glenn Johnson. He declared to begin trucking the material without going the normal contracting process.
