    Students in Rosalia’s ag education department have constructed another robot to enter the regional robotics event at Key Arena in Seattle March 25-27. The game this year is entitled Breakaway and presents a very complicated mechanical challenge, according to Dee Peterschick, advisor. Robots will be required to kick a soccer ball.     Relay for Life plans March 25 kick-off Whitman County Relay for Life has scheduled a kickoff event for March 25 at 7 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Colfax. The relay has been scheduled for July 9-10 at the Colfax High School track.     To compensate for a lack of state funds, the Port of Whitman County is considering shouldering the financial burden of the PCC Rail Authority, overseer of the state-owned Palouse River and Coulee City Railroad.
