    COLFAX — During the regular meeting of County Commissioners Monday, Oct. 7, a state of emergency was rescinded for a bridge on Elberton Road.     COLFAX — City Public Works, police and fire reported on how the departments are doing during the Monday, Oct. 7, council meeting.
