    OLYMPIA - The Washington State Redistricting Commission deadline for third-party maps is Oct. 22. Third-party map submissions are ones meeting the same statutory requirements the commissioners must meet when delivering their final maps.     GARFIELD - A trunk-or-treat is offered by Schaut's Market and the Christian fellowship in Garfield.     OLYMPIA - The Washington State Patrol (WSP) lost 127 employees because of Gov. Jay Inslee's COVID vaccine ultimatum. The state employee deadline to be vaccinated or be accepted for an exemption was Monday. Any state employee not vaccinated or exempted was fired.
