    A graveside service with urn burial for Charles R. Taggart, Sr., 85, a resident of Potlatch, was Monday, Oct. 22, at the Potlatch Cemetery with Gail Gearhiser officiating. V.F.W. Potlatch Post 10300 and a United States Air Force honor guard participated. Mr. Taggart died Oct. 15, 2018, at Gritman Medical Center in Moscow, Idaho.     Richard Lee Skeate passed away on Oct. 7, 2018, at his home with his wife, Pamela, and his dog, Sierra, at his side. He was born in Colfax on Jan. 8, 1945, to Delbert and Mildred Skeate. Prior to graduating, Richard carried the Daily Bulletin and also bucked hay for area farmers. Richard also worked at J.C. Penney. She was born in 1934, as the first of five siblings to Rex and Dorothy Chase, in Potlatch, Idaho.     On October 20, 2018, Arlene Clauson, age 89, passed from this earth and was reunited with her Lord and Saviour and her beloved husband, Hank, in heaven. She was born July 22, 1929, at Terraville, South Dakota, to Ernest and Minta Hanning. She grew up in Prosser, Washington.
