    For the third year in a row, Friends of Hospice has donated several books on grief to the Whitman County Library in Colfax to be used as a resource for anyone in Whitman County who is dealing with issues that arise at the end of life.     Whitman County commissioners put the damaged CETC building on the auction block Monday with a minimum bid of $60,000. Sale will be conducted through a sealed bid process.
