    An artist's rendering of how the new entrance to Colfax High School and Junior High might look appears on the winter edition of Focus on Schools. The artwork is included in a "Counting Down to Construction" article by Colfax Supt. Jerry Pugh. The drawing shows a window with a view of the Morton Street entrance at the front office space.     Pullman Chamber and Visitor Center will host its 101st annual meeting and awards luncheon Tuesday, Dec. 11. The event will focus on Chamber initiatives and accomplishments over the past year and will introduce the new Chamber Board President, Jill Bielenberg.     Loi Vinh Lam, longtime Pullman restaurateur and community member, passed away Monday evening, November 19, 2018, at his Pullman home after a brief, but hard fought battle with cancer. He was 62. A prayer service led by the Buddhist Monks was held on Saturday, November 24th, at Kimball Funeral Home in Pullman. Loi was born May 2, 1956 (Lunar calendar 3/22/56), in Saigon, Vietnam, to Thanh and Soai Chau Lam.
