COLFAX — Whitman County Rural Library District has received a $500,000 Digital Navigator grant from the Washington State Broadband Office and the Washington State Department of Commerce. FARMINGTON – Cryptocurrency exchange company FTX has filed for bankruptcy, and its stake in Farmington Bank may be redistributed.
