TEKOA — Two new youth sports are being offered by the Tekoa-Rosalia Athletic Club (TRAC) starting this fall. Flag football will be offered for first through sixth grade boys and soccer will be for kindergarten through sixth graders (5-12 year olds). TEKOA — Runners from across the county filled the street in town as the annual Fun Run commenced on Saturday, June 10, in celebration of Slippery Gulch. The fun run took runners down Henkle Street through downtown Tekoa on Crosby Street. Runners raced across the roadways until making it to Tekoa’s Trestle. TEKOA — The John Wayne Trail Riders are on the trail again this year, riding horse drawn carriages along the trail. Riders started on Friday, May 24, and are now in Malden for a rest day on Thursday, May 30.
