It was only a paritial count in what amounts to a sample election, but Tuesday night's return for the primary election put Whitman county back on blue side for the big race. I am very disappointed with the lack of candidate information available for the primary election. No newspaper coverage for many positions. Very few ads with little details about the candidate.
