    MOSCOW, Idaho – The Humane Society of the Palouse is hosting its annual soup and pie fundraiser again on Feb. 28. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., assorted soups and pies from local restaurants are offered at the 1912 Center Great Room, located at 412 E. Third Street in Moscow, Idaho. Proceeds go to the Humane Society of the Palouse, who operate the animal shelter at 2019 E. White Avenue in Moscow.
