Air Force Capt. Jonathan D. Stueckle has been awarded a master’s degree from the Air Force Institute of Technology at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. Stueckle earned a degree in computer engineering and has served in the military for six years. He received a bachelor’s degree in 2004 from Messiah College in Grantham, Pa. Whitman County Health Ranks Third Whitman County ranked third among the state’s 39 counties in a county-by-county health survey released late last week. San Juan County has the healthiest residents and Ferry County the least healthy, according to the survey by the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
