    Malden Librarian Shannon Roe urges residents to fill out the survey enclosed with the water bill this month and return it to the library or town hall by Dec. 31. She hopes the survey will help her find ways to provide better service. Also, by becoming a Friend of the Malden Library with a small donation residents can support programs for kids and adults.
