    Endicott Floyd Morasch celebrated his 90th birthday Saturday, April 6, at Trinity Lutheran Church. The party was hosted by his children, Jimmy Morasch and Kathy Dupries and their families. Approximately 80 relatives attended the celebration.     Endicott Trinity Lutheran and Community Bible Churches hosted the annual Easter egg hunt Saturday morning with lots of Easter eggs and lots of children.     Endicott Endicott/St. John Middle school students in olympia Sue Lynch, a middle school teacher from Endicott Middle School, and eight chaperones took 32 Endicott/St. John Middle School students on a field trip to Olympia, Seattle and Tacoma Feb. 18-20. In Seattle on the first day of the trip, they visited Pike Street Market and Underground Seattle. Tuesday, in Olympia they visited the Capitol building, then split into grade groups.     Endicott Many residents rolled to Spokane last week to watch the SJE girls place fourth in the WIAA state finals for 1B teams at the Veterans Arena. Trinity Lutheran Church Elizabeth Circle Tuesday met for a sewing session. Wednesday the Church hosted the Soup and Bread dinner for the community.   • Memorial bench at Endicott

    Endicott Tom Byers and Don Lust were best neighbors and friends for a lot of years. Tom spotted a broken bench by the grocery store and decided to restore it for use. So, he took it home, welded, painted and replaced the wood in memory of Don Lust. It even took on Cougar colors, since both men are Cougar fans. This is the result: a Cougar colored bench with a memorial placque that reads “In Memory of Don Lust.” People using that bench can remember Tom and Don working around town on a multitude of projects for the community.   • Joyce Lust recognized for piano performances

    Endicott Former long-time Endicott resident Joyce Lust was named Resident Volunteer at Harbor Crest senior living community in Spokane for December. She often plays the piano at the lobby of Harbor Crest. Joyce grew up and lived in Endicott for nearly 80 years. She married her high school sweetheart, Wayne Lust, and they had three girls and three boys. They were married for 54 years until he passed away.     Endicott Endicott Community Club presented the certificate funds from their German dinner and silent auction to Tony Anderson, president of the Endicott Parks and Recreation board, Dec. 14.
