    ROSALIA The “Raising the Roof “ concert for the Rosalia performing arts center Saturday raised $340. The concert featured the Wide River Band. The concert attendees included Mayor Ken Jacobs and city council members Becky Cook credited Erma Jean Widman and John Melspaugh for their ongoing support of the Performing Arts Center project.     Rosalia Crowd celebrates the opening of the Rosalia Empire Market. Pioneer youth group from Walla Walla United Methodist Church. Volunteers built this divider behind the Texaco Station next to the VFW Memorial.
