    COLFAX — A 17-year-old boy was arrested July 23 for vehicle prowl. According to the Whitman County Sheriff’s Office log, the reporting party found the juvenile breaking into his vehicle and held him at bay until deputies arrived.     ROSALIA—A Rosalia man has been charged with rape of a child and three counts of child molestation in Whitman County Superior Court. Charges were filed July 29 against Ryan O’Neill, 36. According to the court documents, the charge of rape of a child and one count child molestation involved a 13-year-old female.
