Trial set on LaCrosse robbery charge

An Oct. 19 trial date has been set for Sean Adam Lee, 25-year-old Lewiston man who deputies found tied up in the street at LaCrosse. Lee pleaded not guilty to a charge of first degree robbery Friday in Superior Court.

The arrest report alleges Lee stopped at the residence of Larry Garrett in LaCrosse to ask for gas to get to Lewiston. When Garrett went out of his house to arrange for gas, Lee was suspected of grabbing Garrett’s wallet. A confrontation followed as Lee left the Garrett residence and attempted to leave in his car. The report said Garrett’s cousins pulled the suspect out of the car and tied him up while Garrett’s girlfriend sat on him.

Bail for pre-trial release of Lee has been set at $25,000.
