A crew from Porter-Yett, Spokane, removes two and one-half inches of material from the surface of South Main and Fairview Streets last Thursday. The grinder crew is on the job as a subcontractor for Motley-Motley. Asphalt surfacing was applied on the streets Tuesday, and the project is expected to be finished by the end of the week.
