Question: If strikes by public school teachers are illegal, how can the Kent teachers do it and get away with it?
Answer: They refuse to obey the law that says public employees have no right to strike unless they are given the right by the Legislature, which has not occurred with them. They also cling to the fact that the Legislature has not specifically denied teacher strikes.
