Bruyas celebrate 50th

Jim and Lynne Bruya of Colfax celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in July with a family celebration hosted by their children, 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild at Lake Pend ‘Orielle.

Jim and Lynne Davey were married at St. Aloysius Church in Spokane Sept. 26, 1959.

Lynne has worked for Dr.

Michael Cunningham as an ophthalmology technician for the past 27 years.

Jim, now retired, taught in both junior high and high school and was athletic director at Colfax.
