Plan to honor vets

Garfield-Palouse Middle School and Garfield and Palouse Elementary Schools will host their annual Veterans’ Day celebration Nov. 6 to honor all local veterans and their families. The assembly will start at 8:30 a.m. at the Middle School gym in Garfield, and will include a musical program directed by Choir Director Rebecca Hemphill.

Veterans who want to attend are encouraged to contact Patty Cottrill at the school.
