League offers papers on health care topics

Papers have been developed by The League of Women Voters of the United State on why health care costs so much and how it developed, according to Alice Schroeder, vice president of the Pullman chapter. Residents can find the papers at www.lwv.org. (Look for Health Care on the left and, on the next page, to the right for Background Papers.)
