Play & Learn sessions begin next week

Beginning Oct. 23, Play & Learn at Whitman County Library will be each Friday from 10 to 11:30 am for anyone wanting to attend a community play group. The play group follows an open format so participants may come for the entire 90 minutes or any time in between.

Due to the upcoming library renovation, the group will meet on the second floor of the US Bank building. Participants are asked to use the entrance on Spring Street across the library’s back parking lot.

Child Care Resources launched the Play & Learn network in 2006 in partnership with numerous community organizations, public agencies and others committed to strengthening the supports available to caregivers and the children.
